Presenter Biography:
McKenna is a mama and certified personal trainer and prenatal and postpartum corrective specialist. She is also a certified diastasis consultant. McKenna supports women to safely carry out exercise during pregnancy and postpartum to support overall health via consultation and her fitness app.
