Presenter Biography:

Taryn is a Holistic Nutritionist who is passionate about supporting women before, during, and after pregnancy. She is also the founder of Aubergine & Olive Holistic Nutrition, a former diplomat and travel writer, a total foodie, chocolate fiend, and a mama to three.

Taryn’s own pregnancy journeys opened her eyes to the direct and undeniable link between how we nourish ourselves and how we feel. This fueled a desire to help women optimize their nutrition and well-being during their pregnancy journeys, and to help women feel empowered to make informed decisions on what is best for themselves and their babies from preconception, during pregnancy, and beyond.

Taryn’s philosophy is that pregnancy is not about eating for two but rather about nourishing for two by prioritizing real, high-quality, nutrient-dense food. But health and wellness are not just about food; she takes a holistic perspective that considers other factors such as mental and emotional well-being, exercise and movement, stress management, sleep quality, and the various twists and turns of someone’s personal journey up to now.

Taryn offers 1:1 virtual holistic nutrition coaching to clients worldwide, as well as nutrition workshops to support women at various stages in their pregnancy journey.
