Presenter Biography:
Stephanie Esser is an experienced breath coach and yoga instructor. She teaches kids yoga and breathing exercises that support overall wellbeing. Stephanie realized that children experience many stressors that lead to anxiety and other health issues. As Stephanie began teaching these practices, she saw a void in the market for fun and engaging tools to teach breathing and relaxation techniques. This is why she created the BE Buddy®, a multisensory breathing tool to help kids and families breathe well to BE well.
